Schmidt family wedding

Chad's cousin got married in Mason on 7/7/07. It was a gorgeous wedding! We had a great time seeing so all the friends and family there. Carlton had a great time with his Aunt Janet! As you can see, he absolutely loves her! She holds him and loves on him every chance she gets, so he really loves it when he gets to hang out with his "Aunt Net"!

Summer Vacation ~ without Carlton :(

Chad and I went to Cancun, Mexico in June. We had to cancel our 1st trip to Playa del Carmen and ended up staying at The Royal Cancun in Cancun. It was kind of difficult leaving Carlton for the 1st time, but it turned out great!
It was so relaxing! We loved this new resort we found ~ awesome food, service, laying in the sun, & drinking lots of margaritas & pina coladas! Went para-sailing for the 1st time! Had a blast, but were so ready to get home to Del Rio to see Cotton!




We left Carlton overnight for the 1st time...
(for 5 nights)!!!





He stayed with my mom and dad, his Mamacita and Pappa, so he didn't miss us too much!



As you can see, he had a great time! He rode horses and played with his big cousin, Beidler!

Wardlaw Family Reunion

He had a blast swimming in his kiddie pool, and next year he'll be big enough to go down the flume!




We had a great time getting to see Granma,

Easter chicks

A few days before Easter, Hattie invited Carlton over to her house to see her 6 baby chicks :) He seemed interested in them at first, but then decided he'd rather not play with those "yard birds!" He wanted absolutely nothing to do with them ~ he liked his Easter bunny much better!

Baptism

Carlton was baptized on March 31st. His Godparents are Aunt Frances and Uncle George.

He was so good ~ he didn't even cry when water was poured over his head! Sweet boy!
